Northland Controls’ workplace project is a 58,000 square foot, two-floor tenant improvement designed to support a collaborative and efficient work environment. Large open-area workstations promote flexibility and teamwork, while thoughtfully integrated conference rooms provide dedicated spaces for meetings and focused discussions.

An internal stair connects the two floors, strengthening visual and physical connectivity throughout the office. Structural upgrades were incorporated to support the enhanced layout and ensure long-term functionality, resulting in a cohesive workspace aligned with Northland Controls’ operational needs.
