Jim Fowler, Robert Williamson, and Arne Ericson start NOVO from a Redwood City house with a card table for a desk. The first job is literal: hanging a whiteboard in a CEO's office.
First major account: Apple
NOVO lands its first major account and project, the start of a defining client relationship.
San Francisco office opens
NOVO plants a flag in the heart of the market it would help build.
Life Sciences group established
NOVO stands up a dedicated Life Sciences practice, anchored by its first major account, BioMarin.
Austin, Texas office opens
NOVO expands into a second market, laying the groundwork for its Texas practice.
Sentinel goes live
NOVO builds its own project management and documentation portal in-house, setting a new standard for how projects run.
Certified as a Minority Business Enterprise
NOVO earns MBE certification from the Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council.
