This landmark 310,000 SF, 11-story tenant improvement was delivered in three phases and showcases world-class design and engineering. Highlights include a full commercial-grade kitchen completed through advanced BIM modeling, and a seven-story interconnecting staircase featuring a unique horizontal fire shutter at the fifth floor to meet stringent fire codes. The lobby boasts a striking two-story monument staircase wrapping around a million-dollar video wall, alongside premium amenities such as a coffee and tea bar and a sushi bar. Extensive structural steel and carbon fiber reinforced polymer upgrades were integrated to support the design vision. The project also features a state-of-the-art auditorium with stage and control room, enabling large-scale events and broadcasting capabilities.
