Confidential Financial Technology Client
NOVO completed a 90,000-square-foot, three-floor first-generation tenant improvement for a Confidential Financial Technology Client, creating an innovative workplace that is designed around a variety of curated workspaces where open work areas, private offices, conference rooms, and collaboration spaces merge effortlessly.
Distinctive design elements throughout the space include custom steel archways, a hidden-door speakeasy lounge, a game room, a dining room, custom graphics and murals, and a variety of other custom elements that reflect Austin’s creative and eclectic culture. The project was topped off with an installation of a new exterior logo sign creating a prominent presence on the building skyline.
Working closely with IA Interior Architects, the team maintained a highly collaborative approach that allowed field challenges to be resolved quickly while preserving the integrity of the design. Through strong partnership with both the design team and the client's local facilities group, NOVO delivered the project exactly on its original first day of business milestone, delivering an agile workplace and establishing lasting relationships along the way.
