NOVO transformed an existing office into a 22,300 SF modern workplace and semiconductor testing environment for Analog Devices, delivering a full demolition and rebuild on an accelerated schedule. The space includes testing labs, audio rooms, demo areas, conference rooms, open office environments, and amenity spaces, all designed to support both innovation and day-to-day functionality. A dedicated compressor room with integrated air systems, along with sound-rated walls and doors, ensured the space could accommodate highly technical and acoustically sensitive operations. Design features such as custom artwork of Austin landmarks and a living wall in the lobby bring warmth and character to the highly technical space, resulting in a balanced, high-performance environment tailored to Analog Devices’ needs.
The project required extensive coordination, most notably due to construction taking place directly above an active radio station. Our team worked closely with building management and neighboring tenants to adjust schedules around live broadcasts and execute work with minimal disruption.
Collaboration with Interior Architects was a key contributor to the project’s success. Their hands-on approach, including weekly site visits and a “living punch list” process, ensured consistent alignment and real-time feedback throughout construction, helping the team maintain momentum despite an accelerated schedule and evolving design.
