The 17,000 square foot tenant improvement project was completed for a private equity firm and delivers a refined, high-end workplace environment. The scope included new interior partitions, glazing, lighting, ceilings, millwork, and doors, all finished with premium materials. A new MEP system was integrated throughout the space to support modern performance requirements and ensure long-term efficiency.
