The main floor includes open benching with privacy panels, personal storage lockers, and wide window lines that fill the workspace with natural light and views of the Financial District. Glass-front conference rooms, huddle rooms, and focus rooms provide options for meetings of all sizes, each equipped with updated AV and consistent finishes.

Across the floor, lounge areas with soft seating, plants, and city views create comfortable spots for informal conversations or breaks. The kitchen and break area serves as another key hub, complete with a long island, café seating, full-height storage, and a market-style pantry setup for snacks and drinks.
