NOVO Construction is seeking a Project Engineer for commercial construction projects. Candidate should possess a minimum of 1+ year of commercial construction experience, LEED AP preferred, estimating skills, understanding of all building trades materials and methods with a special emphasis on Mechanical, Electrical, and Piping trades, strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Candidate will report to the Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Executive and will be based at the project site working directly with the Project Superintendent with the possibility of managing project engineers and support staff.
The salary range is $80,000 to $100,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.

Project Administrator (Construction)
NOVO Construction, Inc., a Menlo Park based General Contractor is seeking a professional individual with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to work in our San Francisco as a Project Administrator.
The Project Administrator will provide administrative support to multiple project managers, engineers and superintendents.
Responsibilities including data entry, filing, spreadsheet and database creation and maintenance, training, and other duties as assigned.
The Project Administrator must possess excellent computer skills, experience dealing with construction contractors/ subcontractors and assisting in the successful and correct completion of construction projects. Maintain confidentiality of information, and communicate articulately with all levels of the organization.
This is a full-time, hourly position with excellent benefits.
The hourly range is $26 to $30 per hour.
