Our Central Texas team partnered with IA to bring to life this 20,000 SF high-end build-out for Gjerset & Lorenz, LLP. The space blends refined design with functionality to support a growing team of legal professionals featuring a collection of various sized conference rooms, a sophisticated boardroom with sweeping views of Downtown Austin, private office space, and reception.

From preconstruction through final walkthroughs, this project was another successful collaboration with IA. Together, we aligned on vision, solved challenges, and delivered a space that reflects the firm’s identity while meeting the highest standards of quality.
