Located in downtown Austin with views overlooking the Texas Capitol, the space features a large boardroom and private offices, all designed with a strong emphasis on acoustic performance and premium finishes to support focused collaboration and confidential conversations.

The success of the project was driven by close collaboration between the Client, Studio8, and the project team. Studio8’s quick decision-making helped keep the schedule on track and the project within budget while preserving the intended design vision. When value engineering was required, the team worked together to identify readily available materials and solutions without compromising quality or aesthetics.
