For the past 15 years, NOVO has developed and continuously maintains Sentinel, our proprietary project management platform. This long-term investment has uniquely positioned us to integrate, leverage, and even build our own AI tools. With all project data centralized in one system, we have both the infrastructure and information needed to develop custom AI solutions like our RFI creation tool and other workflow automations, which transform tasks that traditionally took hours into minutes, enabling our teams to respond to architects and owners with the speed today's projects demand.

  • Mobile jobsite coordination tool for task management, punchlists, and drawing markups used by field teams. It serves as the “source of truth” for communicating finalized RFIs and Submittals to tradespeople performing the work in the field.

  • NOVO uses OpenSpace to capture 360° jobsite photos mapped to the project model, providing visual progress documentation, remote walkthroughs, and a visual audit trail for stakeholders.

  • Powers NOVO’s AI tool Conduit, which assists with field workflows like RFI creation, daily reports, and change tracking.

  • Used for bid management, subcontractor outreach, and tracking pursuit data across NOVO’s estimating and BD efforts.

  • Streamlines time-and-materials tracking and change orders, improving field-to-office visibility on extra work.

  • NOVO uses BuildCheck to review preconstruction drawings and flag potential problems early to reduce RFIs and change orders.

  • NOVO uses Dusty Robotics layout robots to automate on‑floor stakeout of building layouts directly from BIM models, increasing accuracy and reducing manual layout time on site.
