| Corporate office for major law firm serving the world’s largest and best-known businesses and non-profits. The 3 floors feature an architectural internal stairwell that challenged the project schedule due to structural permitting. The project team value-engineered and utilized its relationships with City officials to ensure occupancy as scheduled. Other components of the project include installation of library, a quiet room, three file storage rooms involving structural bracing for added floor load, server room, three kitchenettes, two employee lounges with built in plasma screens and dozens of private office space; a state of the art executive board room and reception areas and new mechanical and electrical distribution. The space is finished with high-end custom cherry wood panels. |
