| Interior improvements to an existing 20,000 square foot building. Included extensive process piping and upgraded electrical to meet the needs of a laboratory environment. Two cold rooms, de-ionized water treatment system, microbiology lab, environmental lab, shipping and receiving area as well as private offices were installed to meet the client's needs . A total of 580 lf of laboratory casework was installed. A major seismic/structural upgrade was performed to tie together the 60 year old building and bring it up to current building standards. |
