| High end fast tracked 8,000 SF TI for JP Morgan spin off Panorama Management. The uniquely constructed wood framed structure created several unique challenges when it came to concealing the mechanical and electrical services in the main open space. Includes state of the art executive conference room, high end carpet and flooring, frameless and granite countertops. The project was constructed under a compressed schedule. |
