Architect: Reel Grobman & Associates
| Construction of an 8,100 square foot service building and a 10, 000 square foot data center. The service building houses the chiller plant (960 tons) and emergency generators (3 2000KW) and the associated paralleling switchgear (480V, 8000A) and transfer switches. The service building is a steel skeleton, slab on grad construction. The Data Center is designed to carry an electrical load of 300 watts per square foot. There is a two foot tall raised flooring system within the data center. A dedicated UPS/Battery room was installed to carry the server racks and cabinets until the generators turn on. |
