Architect: Richard Pollack & Associates
| US Flagship location and studio design space for an upscale boutique shoe retailer. The penthouse floor design centers on an open ceiling plan. The use of glass wall partitions and floating ceilings are used to connect the different areas and uses of the office surroundings. The studio lighting creates an art gallery environment highlighting Glory Chen’s product while providing a bright work environment. The exterior brick walls were sand blasted contrasting the colored rough texture of the brick to the white interior walls. |
