13,000 SF two-floor tenant improvement for a law firm in downtown Palo Alto. The 3rd floor was occupied during construction. Scope included full demolition of the 1st and 2nd floors back to a cold-shell condition, along with new mechanical and plumbing systems, full acoustical upgrades with partitions, ceilings and sound masking, operable partition in team room/conference room including steel and timber upgrades. Other features consists of breakrooms, reception entrance with tiling and upgrades to the main lobby and new decorative wood ceiling throughout to tie in millwork features.
