| CNET head quarters is a Class A building. The 12 week tenant improvement project included 21 new offices, 3 conference rooms with full multi-media capabilities combined with 34 work stations. The unique look of the CNET office space created challenges for both the design and construction team. Coordination of the different trades was critical to the success of the project. In addition to the tenant improvement project the fire control room was relocated, the MPOE expanded and additional power provided for the anticipated growth of the company. |
