• As part of the larger full building restack and in compliance with LEED Existing Building Certification, the tenant is upgrading, two full floors (26,000 sf ) out of shell condition, previously the headquarters of Pacific Lumber Company.
• Working in preconstruction along side the design team the project has accomplished goals of doubling occupancy, refininshing and modernizing the redwood interior finish and upgrading mechanical systems. The long term commitment of tenant and project team has pushed this LEED Registered project into Gold certification status
