90,000 SF demo and rebuild of office space with large collaboration areas, office, conference, and open area workstations with large shared break room facilities. High end millwork package, hard wood throughout, glass enclosed offices throughout. This project also included a high end technology package.
240,000 SF tenant improvement of nine floors from shell condition. These two facilities include a full service kitchen, cafeteria, interactive lobby, communal work spaces, open floor plans, internal staircase, fitness center, phone rooms, executive briefing center, board rooms, large flex-capacity training rooms, IT help desks, and an All-Hands area. Includes high-end technology infrastructure for global communications.
45,000 SF tenant improvement consisting of an open office space with an intimate privacy setting facilitated by custom slat walls, hanging felt treatments and strategically placed millworks. Also included in the project were geometric felt ceilings, open ceilings accenting mechanical design and bar joist structure, and two Big Ass fans. Circulation included game room, coffee retreat, and large break area with flat panel displays. Scattered acoustical furniture retreats, a garden themed room, a library style retreat, and a cinema style lounge.
80,000 SF tenant improvement over three floors including open office floor plan, private offices, custom wood millwork, high end lighting, conference rooms. and exposed concrete flooring. Throughout the space break and lounging areas were designed to allow employees to work while away from their workstations. One work room was designed with folding wood doors to create an option for a private or open space. Employee storage with keypads was installed as well.
13,000 SF tenant improvement features a circular conference room, break areas, sleek lighting fixtures throughout and café overlooking Austin. Also included was end grain wood floor, Italian ceramic tile, turf rigid baffles, illuminated wall with acrylic panels, Haworth demountable wall system.
110,000 SF tenant improvement including interior demolition and remodel of an existing building. Work included new partitions, fixtures, furniture, and mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. The scope called for an open office floor plan with conference rooms, break areas and new carpet. All work was done around highly sensitive, occupied space.
Brian began his career with NOVO in our San Francisco Office, specializing in high-end Commercial Interiors as well as Manufacturing and Bio-Technology spaces. Brian relocated to Austin, TX in 2014 to assume the position of office Director, providing support and oversight to all office staff and client relations. Currently Brian oversees all work in Austin in addition to maintaining clientele and overseeing key projects on the West Coast.
